OverviewThe concentration of chemical slurry such as sodium sulfate and sodium chloride after crystallization is about 15-20%. After being concentrated through Haiwang separator, the underflow concentration can be rapidly increased to more than 50%. The underflow concentrate enters the thickener and then enters the de-watering equipment such as centrifuge for drying, which reduces the operating load of de-watering equipment, improves the efficiency of de-watering equipment and evaporator, improves the operation cycle of equipment and reduces the power consumption.
Technical- • The advanced multi-cone nonlinear centrifugal classifying technology is used to effectively improve the centrifugal intensity of the flow field inside the cyclone and optimize the concentration classifying effect;
- • With the high quality liner of corrosion resistant and abrasion resistant materials, lifespan of the suspension separator is longer; it can tolerate hydrochloric acid of any concentration, sulfuric acid with concentration <75% and chloride ion concentration > 100000ppm;
- • Excellent temperature resistance and heat shock resistance; can be normally used under temp. from -30℃ to 120℃.
- • Flexible and diverse structures and materials; many kinds of material such as 304, 316, 2205, 2507 can be selected.
ApplicationIt is applied to the concentration treatment of chemical slurry such as sodium sulfate and sodium chloride in evaporative crystallization process.
