Overview
Intelligent expert system realizes the intelligence inspection, intelligence analysis and intelligent control of indicator and parameter in relation to the dense medium cyclone separation on the basis of PT INDO ASIA SOLUSI powerful industrial application expert database, which provides the high-efficiency and stable working of cyclone with strong intelligent support. This system can inspect the density of qualified suspending liquid, content of magnetic substance, coal slime content and product ash content etc parameters in real time, intelligently adjust the density of qualified medium suspending liquid, operation frequency of slurry pump, supplementary water flow of pump sump etc operation parameters and stabilize the density control system, pump sump liquid level and cyclone feeding pressure etc control parameters.

During the production process, set the product ash requirement then system will search for the best parameters like qualified suspending liquid density, content of magnetic substance, coal slime content, feeding pressure and liquid level of pump sump and operation frequency of slurry pump for actual monitoring and adjustment so as to reach the excellent production condition. The cyclone intelligent control system acts as the integral system of organism combination, each function modular cooperates with each other so as to guarantee the stable and safe running of production system.
• System composition：
Intelligent inspection modular of the system operation status: mainly consisted by density sensor, liquid level gauge, magnetic substance content gauge, pressure sensor etc inspection instruments.
The system intelligent adjustment modular: mainly consisted by PLC, control computer and system control software etc software and hardware;
The system intelligent control modular: mainly consisted by intelligent frequency transformer, slurry pump, cyclone and intelligent valve etc hardwares.
