Ammonium Sulfate Cyclone
Overview
Ammonia desulfurization process produces a large number of ammonium sulfate slurry with a concentration of 10 ~ 20%. After treatment by the cyclone, the underflow concentration can reach more than 50% with significant concentration effect, which is conducive to the subsequent de-watering operation of de-watering equipment, energy conservation and environmental protection.

Technical
  • • The advanced short-circuit flow directional suppression technology is adopted to improve the stability of ammonium sulfate slurry feeding, which can reduce the overflow short-circuit flow loss and improve the underflow yield.
  • • The advanced multi-cone nonlinear centrifugal classifying technology is used to effectively improve the centrifugal intensity of the flow field inside the cyclone and optimize the concentration classifying effect;
  • • Adopting special wear-resistant, high- temperature resistant and corrosion- resistant materials to effectively improve the service life of equipment;
  • • Optimiz the processing technology of cyclone inner wall, thus can reduce the scarring of the inner wall of equipment.

Application
It is mainly applied into the pre-concentration treatment of ammonium sulfate.
