Overview
The difference between the pressurized three product dense medium cyclone and non-pressurized three product dense medium cyclone is: firstly, usually the primary pressurized three product dense medium cyclone is of cylinder or cone shape and the sencondary stage takes use of cone structure; Secondly, the pressurized three product dense medium cyclone mix the primary coal to be washed with the qualified dense medium suspension completely and then feed with pressure to the dense medium cyclone by the way of fixed pressure cabinet or pump so as to separate the concentrate coal, middling coal and gangue three products.

Technical

• • With the patented high-efficient double cone dense medium cyclone, the biggest specification till now is YTMC1400/1000 with the capacity of 450-550t/h.
• • Customize the standard model and non-standard model in line with the coal property, process and indicator parameter so as to match the production requirement, resulting in the best separation effect （EP1≤0.03kg/l, EP2≤0.05kg/l, separation efficiency≥98%）；With the high aluminum ceramic liner, the alumina content of special high aluminum ceramic can reach over 95% with the typical even alumina particle structure and favorable sintering character so as to improve the abrasion resistance performance.

Application
For the classification for washing process, especially the dense medium rewashing process, usually consider the pressurized feeding separation method due to the consumption of slime during the primary washing process and its relatively less impact on the medium viscosity. The common process is as following: jigging coarse separation + concentration of jigging coarse clean coal heavy medium cyclone + flotation of coal slime and jigging main separation + jigging middling coal dense medium cyclone reseparation + coal slime flotation. For the classification for washing, the final coal dense medium without desliming, so mostly it takes non-pressure feeding way.
